| | | | - Motorcyclists across Ontario (and we have heard from riders across Canada too!) are outraged to hear of Private Members Bill 117 (Helena Jaczek, MPP Oak Ridges-Markham ) that would amend the Ontario Highway Traffic Act to make it illegal for anyone to operate a motorcycle with a passenger who is under the age of 14. The MPP feels that there is enough risk to merit a law, but others - including the Canada Safety Council disagree, claiming that there is no evidence to support this move.
| - Riders and concerned citizens (non-riders) and rider groups have written to express their concern. You too can be active in this fight.
